Tupu Angitu
Tupu Angitu LP (Tupu Angitu) is a Limited Partnership registered under the Limited Partnerships Act 2008. Its limited partners are the trustees of Lake Taupō Forest Trust (LTFT). The purpose of Tupu Angitu is to manage commercial assets on behalf of LTFT, now valued at over $500 million, guided by four pou:
Pou Tikanga: fostering behaviors and relationships that positively impact their people;
Pou Whenua: achieving sustainable and ethical outcomes for te taiao;
Pou Tāngata: creating meaningful benefits for their people; and
Pou Tāhua: investments that deliver for current and future generations.
Alongside its significant forestry holdings, Tupu Angitu has made investments in a number of other sectors, including property and tourism.
Ōpepe Farm Trust
Ōpepe Farm Trust is an Ahu Whenua Trust. Its goal is to protect, enhance, and utilise the whenua for the benefit of current and future shareholders, managing the investments and activities of the Tauhara Middle No.4A No.2B and No.2C land blocks, located by Maunganamu, State Highway 5. Through managing and growing sustainable entities, the trust strives to create investment stability for the next generation while protecting the whenua and reducing our carbon footprint.
